Ate a burger, eating some buttercookies now. Gift from the new neighbour apparently.
Need to buy some peanutbutter. Going to spend the year end on some sushi. As my old plan that i didnt fully commit.
Currently watching the meg and the meg 2. Maybe i should incorporate some weight lifting into my schedule.

Just remembered atomic habits. The book about slowly improving by 1% every day. I need to stop rewarding myself through bad habits.

Finished watching a quiet place day one. It was good. Checking some good zombie movies. I need to control my food intake. Or at least pair it up with exercise. Im thinking of foregoing the sushi thing. Stop spending money, best way to start something is to start now. So no sushi.

This journal is making me laugh for some reason. Are there people watching this? Its meant to be private.
Its becoming a snippet of whatever i happen to be doing at that point of the day. What am I doing with my life? If I'm going to be relaxing I need to find a way to relax.
